Elden Morris, N1MN will conduct a 3 session class for anyone interested in upgrading to General Class. The class will held January 6th, 13th and 20th. Sessions will be held at the American Legion Post 294 located at 3282 Florence Road, Powder Springs, GA. Classes start at 8:00am and end each session at approximately 3pm, with 1 hour for lunch break.
There is no cost for the class or for the exam, we will use Laurel VEC for testing which is always free. It will be required the people taking the class have a General Class license manual for study. The current ARRL manual is the 8th Edition, dated July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2019, available from Amazon in print or Kindle Edition, or you can get it online from any Ham radio supplier, (Gigaparts/HRO).
