Preparing To Test

There are a variety of options for studying for your Technician, General, or Extra class license. We'll present several resources here, but would like to focus first on the best FREE way to prepare for your Technician exam.

A good free study guide is at https://www.kb6nu.com/study-guides/, the Technician download PDF is free. The same site offers General and Extra study guides as well, but they cost a nominal fee.

Also, AA9PW has online practice tests that are as realistic as I've seen (and I'm a VE). If you pass this test consistently you should pass the real thing. https://www.aa9pw.com/amateur-radio-exam-practice/
